Jyväskylä continues to fight coronavirus with current restrictions – upper secondary schools continue in contact teaching after skiing holidays
The Emergency Management Team of the City of Jyväskylä reviewed the Government's recommendation on the additional restrictions. The meeting stated that almost all the recommendations and restrictions of the spread phase are already in use in Jyväskylä. Lastly, on 25 February 2005, recommendation to avoid private events for more than 6 people was taken into use.
The Emergency Management Team of the City of Jyväskylä considers that there are no grounds for further restrictions. As a result, secondary schools will continue in contact teaching after the skiing holidays and hobby group activities will not be restricted. However, if infections start to rise or a virus variants start to occur in Jyväskylä, the additional restrestrictions will be introduced quickly.
