Solo Single Tickets
Tickets are available at all ticket outlets, Jyväskylä Sinfonia's webshop, Jyväskylä-piste ticket office (Forum Mall, Asemakatu 7), Lippu.fi online shop and Lippu.fi telephone service.
Reserved tickets must be redeemed at least two weeks before the concert, after which they will be returned to the sales desk. Group bookings must be redeemed at least one month before the concert.

Kvartetti Series Ticket

With a Quartet Series ticket, you can attend a concert once a month and enjoy both entertainment and symphony concerts. A quartet ticket gives you access to concerts at a lower price than a single ticket.

Trio Series Ticket

Now you can choose the three symphony concerts that suit you best on your Trio Series Ticket and get tickets for 10% less. You cannot select entertainment or other special concerts on a Trio Series Ticket. The Trio Series Ticket can only be purchased at the ticket office.

Door selling
Tickets are sold at the door in church and chamber music concerts one hour before the concert, if there are tickets left.
The Group Prices 10 % discount for groups of min. 20 persons.
Service Fees and Vouchers
Tickets can be bought without the order fee of Lippu.fi at the ticket office.
Smartum Kulttuuriseteli and SmartumPay, ePassi, Edenred-virikeseteli, Edenred Card and Edenred Pay are current vouchers at the ticket office.
Gift vouchers are sold at every ticket office and also in Jyväskylä Sinfonia's webshop.
Tickets will not be redeemed.
Photographs can be taken before the concert and during the bows in the end.
Videos and recordings are prohitibited in all concerts.

Evening Concert Ticket Sales at Paviljonki
On concert evenings, tickets are sold at Jyväskylä Sinfonia’s own ticket desk in the Paviljonki lobby.
The ticket desk opens one hour before the concert and remains open until the concert begins.

Tickets can be purchased 24/7 from the Lippu.fi online store or through the Lippu.fi sales service at 0600 900 900 (Mon–Sat 9–21, Sun 10–18. Calls start at 2 €/min + local network charge).
Tickets purchased via the Lippu.fi online store are subject to an additional service fee starting at 1.50 € + 0.65 % of the order total.
Lippu.fi sales points are available throughout Finland.

All ticket purchases are final. Lippu.fi acts as a ticketing agent for events. According to Lippu.fi’s user agreement, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. The event organizer is responsible for the event itself, including any program or seating changes, cancellations, related costs, and obligations under Section 2 of the Finnish Value Added Tax Act (940/1999). There is no 14-day right of cancellation for ticket brokerage services. Orders for leisure event tickets are binding. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, the event organizer will inform ticket holders directly about the practical arrangements.
