A beloved composer, Kaj Chydenius is remembered in this concert featuring unforgettable songs arranged for symphony orchestra. His son, musician Jussi Chydenius, has selected his personal favorites from his father’s extensive body of work, spanning seven decades. Alongside well-known Finnish classics, the program also includes some lesser-heard gems.

Jussi Chydenius performs as the concert’s soloist, joined by acclaimed actress and singer Oona Airola, who collaborated closely with Kaj Chydenius for many years.
