Come experience the magic of Christmas and the swinging atmosphere in a concert where the sparkle of the season, big band rhythms, and beloved Christmas songs come together!
Under the baton of Nick Davies, the stage will be graced by Jyväskylä Sinfonia, Jyväskylä Big Band, and the charismatic singer Johanna Försti. Expect a spectacular fireworks display of classics and swinging Christmas songs – honoring tradition, but with a touch of jazz and groove!
During the evening, you’ll hear, among other pieces, sections from Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker in big band style, Johan Svendsen’s Fest Polonaise, and timeless Christmas favorites with a fresh twist.
