The programme includes numerous premieres, major works by great composers and unforgettable visits by conductors and soloists. To celebrate the new era, the orchestra's visual identity has also been redesigned down to the last detail. Many things are new, but the most important thing, the high quality of Jyväskylä Sinfonia’s music, remains strongly unchanged.Image

18.8.2023The opening concert of Jyväskylä Sinfonia's autumn season will take place on Wednesday 6 September under the baton of Spanish conductor Ramón Tebar. The concert will feature Ludwig van Beethoven's Symphony No. 3 and Clara Schumann's Piano Concerto, composed when she was only 15 years old, performed by pianist Laura Mikkola.Image
